Please note. Our Classics do not operate between December 1st and February 28th each year.

*To qualify for this rate the entire itinerary must be within the boundary of: Henley Bridge, Bix, Badgemore, Phyllis Court, Tesco Roundabout and Makins Road. (This rate does not include Champagne Toast)

Other Special Occasions (non Wedding Hire) Initial Hire including first 2 hours (minimum charge) and up to 50 miles. Per additional hour or part thereof (includes up to 25 miles per additional hour).

Terms and Conditions.

Car Hire Services

Unless otherwise specified all services are Chauffeur Driven

Hire services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions

Car Hire Bookings

Bookings can be paid for by cheque, electronic transfer or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or debit card using PayPal. A non refundable deposit of £100 per vehicle is payable at time of booking, the balance of the hire charge is payable 30 days before the hire start date.

The client is responsible for any tolls, charges and parking fees incurred during the hire.

Booking Cancellation Charges

In the event of a booking being cancelled the following charges will apply.

Cancellation 60 days or more prior to the wedding booking 50% of the hire charge is payable.
Cancellation within 60 days prior to a  wedding or event hire booking, the full hire charge is payable.

Cancellations should be made in writing or by email.

Car Availability

In the event of breakdown or any other event beyond our control we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle, which may not be the same as the vehicle booked, or if no substitute vehicle is available, a full refund.

If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses and any liability on our part will be limited to the money paid by the customer.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle unless such loss or damage results from our negligence.

Chauffeur only Service

The client is responsible for any Tolls, Charges and Parking Fees incurred in providing the service and ensuring their vehicle is fully insured for the Chauffeur to drive.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed

 Customer Acceptance

By making a booking the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

Prices are for guidance only. 

Our standard Classic Wedding Car package price includes: The car (s) dressed with White* ribbons and bow plus a Champagne toast after the ceremony in the Bridal Car.

* Other colours are available at an additional cost of £10.

This price is based on wedding ceremonies within a 25 mile radius of Henley for a maximum duration of 4 hours from and returning to our base.

 

To enable us to provide an accurate price please include the following information with your enquiry:

  • The date of the wedding

  • The vehicles required

  • The pick up address and or post code    

  • The location of the wedding

  • The location of the reception

  • Any special requirements

  • Your contact details

We tailor our service to meet your needs and will quote the exact rates based on your requirements. When calculating costs for your wedding we allow travel time to and from our base in Henley, time for the ceremony and photos afterwards plus the journey to the venue. If you have specific requirements, such as travelling to a local beauty spot for photos for example, please let us know so we can factor this into your personalised quote.
